Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how to return items. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Your right to cancel (change of mind)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. At Lullaby's Baby Store, we go further: we give you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a change of mind. Once you have told us you wish to return an item, you then have 14 days to send it back to us.

Free returns
Returns are free. If you wish to return an item, contact us first at info@lullabysbaby.store and we will provide return instructions. We cover the cost of return postage.

Condition of returned items
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and with any tags or seals intact. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value if the item has been handled more than was necessary to inspect it (the same way you would inspect an item in a shop).

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item (or proof that you have sent it back), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to your original payment method. Where you cancel an entire order under your statutory cancellation rights, this includes the basic delivery cost.

Faulty or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have the right to a full refund if you let us know within 30 days of receiving it. After 30 days (and within 6 months), you are entitled to a repair or replacement; if that is not possible, a refund. For faulty items, we cover all return costs.

Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as opened feeding products, dummies/pacifiers, or other sealed hygiene items) cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
